Taichung Civic Square will be the main venue for the 2024 Taichung Jazz Festival, featuring daily performances by ten groups of street performers. A special street performance zone will be set up on the sidewalks along Gongyi Road and Zhongxing Street, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. Additionally, to promote jazz throughout Taichung, various jazz groups will also perform at public spaces with artistic and historical significance, offering visitors a richer and more diverse selection of programs.
The main stage area will have three large-scale projection screens, enabling simultaneous audio and visual broadcasts throughout the square. A music listening area will be set up in front of the stage, allowing enthusiasts to enjoy the music up close. Additionally, an accessible listening area will be set up by the side of the main stage, providing music lovers a closer view of exciting live performances.
