RÉMI PANOSSIAN TRIO distills passionate and lyrical jazz, with rock energy and a cheerful groove. The trio’s openness to new sounds has won over a mixed audience over the course of the albums and concerts. Ingenious and eclectic jazz that takes the audience on a unique experimental journey.

RP3 (Remi Panossian Trio) is first and foremost a story of friendship between 3 enfants terribles of French jazz, Rémi Panossian (piano), Maxime Delporte ( bass) and Frédéric Petitprez (drums), who started their adventure in 2009 together to challenge the rules of the genre with mischief, melodic lyricism and catchy grooves. The trio assumes its "pop" side, light but always exigent. Melodies full of words without ever being talkative, complex beats but always easy to degust, these modern jazzmen keep only one goal in mind, having fun by using their dexterity and skills to serve the music’s essential essence, Emotion. Thus, they are often associated to The Bad Plus or Esbjorn Svensson for their artistic freedom and creativity or to The Roots for the groove aspect of their compositions.

RP3 has established a solid reputation on the world's greatest jazz stages. With more than 500 concerts given all over the world and already 7 albums acclaimed by the media, the trio is now known as one of the best French jazz groups abroad.
