The Former Residence of Lin Mao-Yang, a historical building in Taichung's Beitun District, was constructed in the 1920s as a foundation for the union of the Lin and Lai families. It preserves four architectural styles: traditional three-section courtyard, modern Western, Japanese wooden housing, and military village homes, showcasing the features and stories of various historical eras. Designated as a historical building on July 13, 2007, it has been operated by Renwen International Institute Corp. since 2021.
