Inspired by our mother's dedication to natural handmade craftsmanship and blending it with Western baking techniques, we founded Mofan Bagels in 2013. Beginning with the intention of creating homemade treats for our family, we named our venture after our home address, aspiring to set a standard for bagels in the hearts of Taichung residents.
Our bagels are crafted to be oil-free, low in sugar, and reduced in salt, yet delightfully chewy. We innovate with natural Taiwanese vegetables and fruits to create unique flavors, prioritizing safety, health, and deliciousness. Our aim is to share these wholesome treats with more dessert enthusiasts who appreciate quality and flavor.
