Chen Yun Pao Chuan Food, an century-old confectionery brand in Taiwan, blends Taiwanese and Japanese baking techniques and cultures to create unique and delicious confections. Among these are the Royal Tamba Cake, which won the "All Japan Award" at the Japanese Wagashi Concours, as well as the immensely popular small moon cakes and egg yolk pastries in Taiwan.

Founded in Fengyuan, the original founder, Chen Yun, peddled his goods daily in the Fengyuan Triangle Streets. The second generation, Chen Jinchuan, learned Wagashi-making techniques in Japan and founded Pao Chuan, achieving high honors at the Japanese Wagashi Concours. The third generation, Chen Zengxiong, returned to Taichung to establish the Taiwan Pao Chuan Store, successfully developing the renowned Egg Yolk Pastry and Small Moon Cake, setting a new standard for confectionery.

Under the leadership of the fourth generation, Chen Yuhong, Chen Yun Pao Chuan further improved the quality of their confections, elevating traditional Taiwanese pastries to new heights. Through five generations of efforts and innovations, Chen Yun Pao Chuan has not only gained widespread popularity in Taiwan but also achieved significant success in international markets, becoming a representative brand of Taiwanese confectionery.
