In 2007, Patisserie La Famille opened in the chef’s hometown of Douliu, Yunlin.
“La Famille” means family in French.
Starting with the concept of "home," La Famille renovated their childhood home to create a patisserie that feels like home. They use fresh fruits abundant in Taiwan and incorporate techniques learned from the Parisian culinary tradition to craft desserts for their family.
